ACCESS CAVITY: How to get down tough canals - Dr. Nasseh

In this video, Dr. Nasseh demonstrates a new concept of instrumentation he referred to "Available Length."

The idea is to use the #15 Hand file to determine available patency to an available length that is short of the estimated length, then instrument just short of that length.

Then determine a new available length and use NiTi Files short of that. Then determine Working length and do cycles of rotary instrumentation until length is achieved with your desired file.
