Dental Impression is the negative replica of hard and soft tissues of the mouth. Made with a material which relatively sets while still in contacts with the tooth and tissues.
A
positive reproduction is obtained by pouring dental stone or other suitable material into the impression and allowing it to harden.
Dr. DiTolla explores a two-part impression with some unintended consequences - the adjacent teeth in the model are too tall and too wide.
